In 2010, after eight and half years of serving as a Technology Consultant for Hallberg Engineering, Inc., Wayne founded Northland Technology Consulting. He saw the need for a technology design firm that addresses all the needs of a construction project design team from pre-planning and schematic design through construction administration and closeout. Wayne is dedicated to working with end users, architects, engineers and construction managers as members of a project design team to provide comprehensive and innovative technology systems design. Waynes experience in technology systems spans installation, project management/estimating, and design. Wayne is a United States Navy veteran whose military career was in the telecommunications field and who retired in 1994 from active duty.
